The Norco Lions Club meets twice monthly on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month
7:00 p.m. Sharp.
Members and visitors alike are requested to arrive about 30 minutes prior to the meeting.
This allows time to obtain beverages and to socialize prior to the ‘official’ meeting.
All general meetings are dinner meetings with a no host licensed bar. Meals are prepared in our club kitchens and are different at each meeting.
The bar serves no ‘fancy -call drinks’.--in most instances drinks are not available unless it’s name is on the can or bottle. The bar is only open on our meeting nights or during rental events.
The meetings include member interaction, validation of Board of Director decisions, usually a speaker, raffles, networking, friendship building, and laughter.
As a patriotic organization, all meetings begin with the Pledge of Allegiance and a universal prayer.
Visiting Lions and Lions Clubs are always welcome! Reservations are appreciated but not required if less than five will be attending.
Lions Clubs are not ’closed’ or ‘secret’ societies. Any adult persons interested in joining or are simply interested in what Lions Clubs are about are welcome to attend.
However, all non lions must be accompanied by a Lion Member. If you arrive without the accompaniment of a Lion member a ‘hosting member’ will be assigned to you. This process is to truly inform all guests of what and why the meeting is conducted in the manner observed, to answer any questions regarding our club or activities, and also to introduce you to others in attendance.
Club Meetings are held at our ‘Clubhouse’
