Located east of the 15 Freeway just beyond Valley View Ave. on the north side of the street.  The building is set  well of the street with the parking lot in front. 

 

There is a lighted Lions Club Sign near the roadway.

Capacity:

• Meal Seating - about 70 persons comfortably

• Theater Seating - about 90 persons

• Bar Area - 45 persons

• Rear Exterior Area - 100+ persons or vehicle parking

• Front Parking Area - Vehicles ONLY

 

Amenities:

• Pool table and piano in the Bar Area

• Dance Floor Area in the Dining Room/Meeting Hall

• Rectangular tables and stack chairs are provided (no linen)

• Large Screen TV available

• Lectern & Microphone system available

• Exterior space for children's portable jumping equipment

 

Services:

       • Cleaning & janitorial service available

       • Parking lot cleaning service available

       • Lion bar tender required if bar room is open

       • Catering service available

       • Security available

 

Rates: 

       • Hall Rental: 4 hour minimum - very affordable

                    ◊ Additional time rates are stated in the rental contract

       • Deposit: reservation, cleaning, & damage deposit is refundable

       • Kitchen: included - for food assembly & storage only 

       • Bar:  Low rate for the additional space

                      ◊ Beverages are fairly priced

                       ◊ Host tickets/tokens may be purchased from the bartender

                       ◊ Low ‘Corking Charges’

      

Prohibitions:

       • No smoking inside the building or near doorways

       • Alcoholic beverages may not be brought in by renter (State Law)

       • Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in parking lot or entry area of the building

       • No admission fees may be levied (no paid entry or pre-paid tickets)

       • Rental period must end at or prior to 1:00 a.m.

       • Exterior noise limitations after 10 p.m. (City Ordinance)

       • Bar closes at midnight unless pre-arranged with manager

       • No open flame cooking permitted on site.  Crock pots, chaffing dishes etc. are permitted
